"Sadhana Yoga Research Institute" has immense pleasure inannouncing that it is organising an Sadhana International YogasanaChampionship in collaboration with SGS International YogaFoundation College and Research Center, India on August 25 th26 th at CHINA. On behalf of we are inviting you to participate andmake it a success.

Details of championship

• The contest is open to all National Yoga centers, Yoga federation, Schools & Colleges
• Any number of participants can take part in the competition from one organization.
• Any participant may participate in all the competitions. For each category entry fee is separate.
• Entry fee for Each Category competitions is US $ 50 only or equivalent China RMB.
• The fees should be paid along with the entry form positively at the time of registration. The team should report at the venue on 25 th August 2016 at 08 am
• The entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable
• The decision of the judges will be final
• Medals will be awarded for the First, Second & Third place. Honor certificate will be given for 4th 5th & 6th place. All participants will be provided with the participation certificate.
• Separate competitions will be conducted for Ⅰ. General Category, Ⅱ. Own Choice Competition and Ⅲ. Combination Competition. Ⅳ. Artistic Yoga，Yoga Dance with Music
• Participants should submit 5 recent passport size photos and should submit a photo copy of your passport for Date of birth verification.

GENERAL COMPETITION
THE FOLLOWING ASANAS ARE COMPULSORY FOR ALL AGE GROUPS

In the following below mentioned Category of Asana's Competitors should perform any 2 Asana's from Group – A & 2 Asana's from Group – B and any 1 Asana of their own choice(Total – 5 Asana's)

• 1. OWN CHOICE COMPETITION Any 5 asana's Of Their Own Choice
• 2. COMBINATION COMPETITIONOne Front Bending, One Back Bending, One Twisting, One HandBalancing and one balancing on one leg Asana should be performed of their own choice (Total – 5 Asana's)
• 3. ARTISTIC YOGA12 Postures Within 2.5 to 3 Minutes(150 to 180 Seconds)

ELIGIBILITY FOR THE TITLE COMPETITION

Those who have taken first place in any One (gold) of the category A, B, and C and should have placed with in 6 in the above mentioned categoryFor this competition Total 10 Asana's consisting ofa) Two Front Bendingb) Two Back Bendingc) Two Twistingd) Two One Leg Balancee) Two Hand Balanceof competitors choice.
